I progetti “Nel Mare di Internet” sono dedicati al mondo del Web e all’impatto che hanno o possono avere nelle nostre vite. Oltre ad essere presentati nelle scuole e nei comuni della Provincia, per i privati è possibile prenotare un incontro presso la sede di Terra di Mezzo in via Mameli 162 a Vicenza.
Gli incontri, della durata di circa 90 minuti, sono gratuiti per i soci e i familiari conviventi e richiedono un minimo di cinque presenze. Sono inoltre adatti a tutte le età.
E’ inoltre possibile proporre gli incontri a scuole, università della terza età, altre associazioni…

L’incontro è pensato per chi si approccia per la prima volta al mondo della Rete. L’incontro è caratterizzato da una introduzione ai concetti base di “computer” e “internet”, da una breve panoramica sui pericoli e su come affrontarli e si dilunga sulle potenzialità positive offerte da internet che spesso si ignorano o si sottovalutano. Adatto in particolare ai membri della terza età che desiderano un primo approccio al mondo della Rete semplice ma completo.
Guida alla Navigazione
L’incontro è una guida non tanto ai pericoli della Rete per bambini e adolescenti, quanto all’approccio che i giovanissimi hanno nei confronti del mezzo. I ragazzi non sono diversi da come erano i loro genitori o i loro nonni, ma possiedono ormai strumenti che le scorse generazioni non sognavano neppure. E’ difficile per le famiglie trovare un equilibrio tra educazione e nuove tecnologie, ma questo incontro vuole mostrare che non solo è possibile, ma anche necessario.
Cose che chi naviga in Rete dovrebbe sapere
L’incontro è una panoramica adatta a tutte le età sui pericoli della Rete (spesso sconosciuti o sottovalutati) e su come affrontarli per
navigare sicuri e sereni. La prima parte è studiata per fornire le basi alla comprensione del computer e dello strumento-internet, la seconda si dedica ai pericoli principali della navigazione e la terza spiega i giusti approcci e le soluzioni.
